Songscapes

The Songscapes series is one of a few awesome projects headed up by the nonprofit, Sustain - a Colorado-based organization whose mission is to "create partnerships between the music industry and environmental organizations."

Songscapes is a series in which musicians, bands and artists collaborate with various national parks and public land agencies to send those artists into the lands on retreats. After immersion in the spaces, the artists write and record one song inspired by their experience.

I've had the pleasure of illustrating the cover artwork for several Songscapes.

Sagebrush Sessions

Sustain also curates a music series in which artists and audiences participate in single-day hiking excursions that culminate in a live performance in nature by the musicians. We worked together to create a poster for the 2020 series.
